This error happens in IsMediaLib.dll (library responsible for reproducing media from CIU).
We have not yet known what causes this as it only happens on some PCs.
The "RivaTuner Static Server" software also causes this error in IsMediaLib on some systems (random), so if you have "MSI After Burner" or other software that uses "RivaTuner Static Server" running, close it before running "Setup.exe" .

The developer of the library is working on a fix, but as his system does not make this error, it is difficult to find out what is causing it.

TEMPORARY SOLUTION;
- If the installer does NOT have any video playback (VideoAR.mp4, Video.mp4, VideoBG.mp4) you can recompile Setup.exe using this script from the attached CIU (I disabled all IsMediaLib functions).
Other conversion developers can use this modified script if their conversion does not have video playback (if it has video it will not be played).
The music.mp3 file will play normally.

As soon as I have an IsMediaLib library with this bug fixed, I will post an update to CIU.
