there is no project igi uk-no cd crack...lame ass crackers.

well it looks like there isnt one ,cos nobody seems to be able to crack it,the uk version that is....oh well guys nice try.

i have the US version- used the fixed EXE and the registry patch- still asks for the CD!!!

I know!!! It would be nice if someone would say that they are trying to crack it ???

If you rip the original cd with disk dump, and burn the iso back with disk juggler, it works without a crack...just try it, works with the german version, and it has the same copy protection (dummy files etc..)

Instead of a no cd patch why don't you make a image and run the image using Daemon Tools. Thats what i'm doing. It work greats.

I've made a working copy of the uk version, but i had to use two disks.

1) copy ALL files including hidden files from original to a
blank cd and call it the same lable (ProjectIGI)

2) Then make another copy on a blank disc with all files
exept DUMMY FILES and call it (ProjectIGI) again.

3) install "FULLY" using disc without the dummy files
i.e DISC 2. You can't install the game of the disc with the dummy files (it won't let you).....

4) Then place the first disc you made (with the dummy
files on it) into your cdrom drive.

5) use the patch from GCW which was released on
15/12/00, it is the uk crack.

THE CRACK WORKS BUT STILL SEARCHES FOR THE DUMMY FILES ON THE DISC BEFORE IT STARTS UP.

I know it would be better on one disc like the original
but hey, you can't have everything (how much is a disc
50p - £1)...... well worth this great game.....
