getting some weird errors with this one , just upon opening setup.exe , when using exe+dll

here it work fine
did you copy the setup.dll near the setup.exe?
otherwise when you compress with the DiskSpan_GUI.exe the dll will be Created automatically

This error can be referenced in ismedialib.dll.
Uninstall and install the K-lite codec pack and try again.
Which version of O.S. do you use?
