Tried all the possible option with ztool as well and precomp still nothing and the size still above 1XDVD5.
try this
First tar archive with zero compression
Precomp with Intense mode on and no compression
srep
Nanozip the output file with -cc
it takes time but u will get lowest size possible

as i played with arc 7z bcm abc nz and all but best ration is always arc and nz occ 7z
