i've checked it, yeah those issues are there, WinTB works only in the first form that got install, uninstall, exit, video trailer buttons.
and if you watch the video trailer the WinTB still works.
but it doesn't work in the installation Forms.
it's amazing and i like it a lot tho, hope you can add "Requirements tab using a button like "About Button" when you click it opens a form shows game requirements and whether ur pc can run or not.

WinTB is mini progress bar so it will display on in required pages and absolutely working fine, plus will remove it when displaying on the first run i.e on the lockscreen and the second pass.

and i guess it should work fine when you are installing the certain game repack you may have repacked.
