KaktoR, i did Andromeda too some time ago, just looked to my installer and its 29,6GB (a bit higher then doofoo24) but with d64 on lolz, so size should be something around 29-30gb without problem.
If it helps, i didnt touched on this game the chunksize on xtool, it was default by ultraarc 2900, if i remember well c32mb on xtool and other tools included on uarc 2900. I remember this because it was one of my first conversions here hehehe. Edit: Also my original ripped size (after ripping files) is 2gb lower then yours v1.10 too.
