to the portuguese problem....can you install from original and tell me reg keys?
the problem is...game installer tells brazil, but manuals + readme are portuguese.

The conversion works when I put any DVD of installation...in other words, needs one DVD...

Portuguese Brazil support only in subtitles. Menus and tutorials only in english.

Ubisoft has promised a full translation to our language a month after the game's release via a patch.

Search on google and you will see.

How to make it in just one dvd and write it to the DVD without the Setup.cab files??

You can catch (and collect into a .reg file) registry changes with RegFromApp.
