Very SIMPLE fix edit Converter.ini & under
[TaskSettings] ADD this line below CopyFile6....

CopyFile7={src}\Resources\Icon.ico;Destination:OUT DIRPATH\DVD2\Icon.ico

no more error or need to switch back to dvd1

Tested & worked perfectly, nice Installer BTW
