deleting all lang except 1 you gain 2gb and deleting DataPC_AC2MP_***.forge files (multiplayer files i think) gain other 600mb.

is not possible 1dvd5 conversion compressing some files?

Yes, you can make it fit on 1 DVD5, let's hope peterf posts a guide.
