Do we have to use records.ini as it is without changes or do we have to edit it?
I followed all the steps but during installation I got this message.

If you use UltraArc leave it as it is. If you use my diskspan compressor i've wrote records.ini should look like.

Seems your archive got damaged. Recreate it.

Try to disable AV.
