hi guys, kitsune here again. for any of you using IC 3.0 and getting the decompression failed -11 error code when using pzlib v3, and the 'crc does not match checksum!' error with zstd, i finally got them to work with IC 3.0, and had a clean install no errors. i am including my full IC 3.0 2800 R2 folder with my updated files, and it doesnt matter what file type you use, i tested both pzlib v3 and zstd on some .ogg files then made a sample setup.exe with it to see what happened and it installed clean, no errors at all during decompression!!!

just extract the attachment to your HD and voila, no more errors!

P.S. when adding your .bin files in the external resources section of IC, do -not- forget to select the proper precomp version that you used during compression with UltraArc.
i cannot stress this enough. if you used pzlib/precomp 0.38 when compressing your game in UltraArc, make sure you click on the 'precomp' drop down in IC and select 0.38!! likewise, if you used pzlib 0.42/reflate in UltraArc, make sure you click the dropdown in Installer Creator under external resources and choose 0.42! If you mix the two settings you will always get a decompression failed error during extraction. the 7zip attachment i included has the correct IC 3200 / UA 2800 folder structure and the files for pzlib and zstd properly placed so you wont have to go through the headaches of constant failures during decompression, just make sure you choose the exact same version of pzlib/precomp that you used in UA when compressing your game, otherwise it will not work!! thanks guys, have fun.

tried that doesnt work. game is PainKiller Hell and Damnation multi 11
by PROPHET and without this parameter "-seekfreeloadingpcconsole -fullscreen" not launching game at all from desktop

You can create a batch file where you add these launch arguments then convert it to exe file with Bat to exe converted application and in installer creator you put the game exe this new exe you created.

Hey how can I edit an .ini file after installing the game in innoscript? Like for eg: After installing Assassin's creed II, there is an ini file in which you have to put the directory where you installed the game otherwise the game doesn't work.

About the icon not applying to .exe file, I'm havin the same problem. Tried both versions of IC, using valid icon file, windows 7 compatibility...nothing works. The icon applies to .exe correctly using ASIS 7.0.5.
I'm using windows 8.1 now, but when I used windows 7 (about a year and half ago) the icon applied correctly. Wondering if it might be a windows 8.1 problem?

Yeah, I saw that post and read every post here, that's why I tried windows 7 compatibility. I made previous repack with icon sticking to .exe successfully. I cannot do that with windows 8.1. Icon is valid, even tried 4 or 5 different icons...nothing. I don't have that problem with other install programs from here. Would love to know what the problem is.

@Kitsune1982, Thank you! Your Script.iss also fixed the problem I was having with Install Creator not attaching the icon file to compiled .exe file.

Also, thanks to Razor12911, great installer.
