GTX590 is on a distinguished road
Tested installation and it works perfectly. Game launched from start menu and played for almost 1 hour.
I confirm that appxmanifest.xml is in game folder.
Same thing for:
UniUWP_Install.exe
UniUWP_Launcher V2.exe
UniUWP_UnInstall.exe

All in!!
josesango, have you changed install directory?
UWP game should always install in:
C:\Users\username\UniversalApps
