Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?

I need help for a backup copy of this game. I have no problems with the original. It works fine. However, my backup copy will not run. I keep getting the message "Insert CD" when I try to run the game using the backup copy. Is there a reason why it doesn't recognise the CD? All the files have been copied to the backup disk and I can access them. It just won't run.
