RED ALERT 2!!!!

what does this mean?- Copy the full contents of the original RA2: Allied CD to TempDir. ? Do we burn an image file or copy the files to the harddrive?

please help....

Yeah that means you make a directory of any name. Then go to the cd and select all contents of it (Edit, Select all) then copy then paste to the directory you made. then run the cracks that gamecopyworld supplies, they have their own instructions

Yea but when we run the patches we get an error Access denied duplicate file or file in use please explain I really would like to back up my copy of red alert2 thanks Jim

If you get an error off somekind which Jimmy here described it means that the permission is denied 'cause all the files are marked "read-only".
right-click on the file that's going to be patched and deselect read-only and select archive. Then apply these new settings and run the crack again.
This should work for you.
