3)- Run UltraARC.exe select game folder and press Compress

Pakrat's version was good - it had a nice choice of arts, including the cover art. Your version however...

...has me bewitched.

You designed the installer to mirror the look and feel of the game itself, right down to its main and options menu. Launching it feels like I'm already playing. Thank you.

It even uses the files created by the previous conversion easily so all I did was replace the setup.exe. Ah, the joys of UltraArc.
