is this file necessary to play the game?

{App}\Content\Movies\HB_DocumentaryRoughCut.bik
size: 1.77GB

although even withous this file the result would be 3 DVDs and the third DVD is 290mb with srep+lzma2

I don't know if this file is neccesarry, but it seems to be just a bonus video.

Without this file, final size is 2xDVD5 (pZLib+srep+lzma).

The video file is not necessary, you can play without problems.
