is it possible to choose to install only one of games by this setup?

I've chosen one of them but both of them are installed.
I've checked the "UltraARC.ini" and there is nothing set for condition option.
how should is be set?

Conditions should be this

[Conditions]
Condition1=Grand Theft Auto IV\*.*|1||
Condition2=Grand Theft Auto - Episodes from Liberty City\*.*|2||
