In Max Payne 3 the ".rpf" Files have a lots of matches, so the Srep has a great role on it. At the time of installing cls-srep will take huge RAM, if you don't bind (fixed) it's RAM usage. So Fix the RAM usage to 512 mb or 1024 mb (use 1024 if you have 4gb or above RAM).
If the Problem Doesn't solve you can try the cls-srep.dll by ProFragger. Most of the Repackers uses this.
