games not displaying full colours
can any one tell me why some ps1 games i've burnt only play in a few colours . blues are ok but everything else is a shade of green. no red at all. i'm playing them on pal ps2 with a neo 4 chip

could it be because they may be ntsc on a pal ps2 ?
