I'm getting this error. The 'data.cpi' is compressed using pzlib by Razor12911 (Thanks to him, great compression!)
I've attached the screenshot resources files I used and my script.
Please help!
What is it I've done wrong?

i began having that -11 error with all my games when i reinstalled my windows.
oddly enough simply installing 7zip on my pc fixed the problem
