Is there enough space to create the conversion?. It is advisable to have at least twice the free space regarding the size of the game.
Did you use a compression method?. If so, do the conversion without using compression, if there is no error try a different method than the one you used.

I have space 60gb free space in c
and 94gb free in space on D,which I did it on D conversion.
compression method srep +LZMA

ok. im try not using srep + LZMA

Try to exlude small files from conversion. Move out all small files from game directory and repeat.

I had this same issue for Sims 4 where UltraArc stopped with this message.

After conversion is finished, compress all this small files manually with freearc and edit records.ini with needed info.
