NTSC to PAL cant find files

go to this page a get the two patches for fifa2002 and apply them both, ####://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches_f.shtml
For the tools to apply them, goto ####://www.megagames.com/psx/psx_patches.shtml and get ppf-o-matic for .ppf files and pal4u patcher for pal4u files.

I have the same problem that five, but i want to do it with final fantasy ix from ntsc to pal. So you can use cdrwin right? but when i instal it in my pc and try to extract it says "no supported CDROM reader was found on the system" but i have already burned a few cd games. what can i do?

in final fantasy ix patches what are the ones that i should use?
