pZLib v3 (Final release)

The normal version never decompresses.

Tested with x64 fix

packcmd = pZLib e -m2 -t8 - -o - <stdin> <stdout>

packcmd = pZLib e -m1 -t8 - -o - <stdin> <stdout>

packcmd = pZLib e -m1 -t8 -f - -o - <stdin> <stdout>

You should remove -f if you get error while decompression. Remember, the -f switch ia for FASTER verification and not for BETTER verification
