You can get great results with bink via bat control, logically with a minimum loss of quality with the right settings, all with full support in "Cmd-Info Bench", in video posted there is also a example of passage.
 The only lack, there is not the possibility of multi-language coding output, in English only. For re-encoding and choice of languages we need of Bink 2, but I think no one has in this forum.
