I'd changed the setting to this:

[Split]
FirstVolumeSize=4380
CustomVolumeSize=4450
ThresholdPercent=1

[Distribution]
ArchivePrefixName=Data
ArchiveExtension=bin

[Freearc]
Method=srep,lzma

I've got this result:
12 DVDs
DVD1 - DVD11 = 4.347Gb
DVD12 = 2.61 Gb

I have not deleted anything.
It took 7 hours to complete and I've not tested it yet.
