Need a trusted cmd file splitter for splitting archives

If you need a bat code to split the files in size you can try to create it, for problems, I need help internet is your friend, you can register and ask for help here http://www.dostips.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=3 or wait for someone to write the code yourself, but do not think it's the best way to learn something about batch programming.

no i never meant to make a batch to split 'cause it's easy to split a file using batch but this method is not safe to use with archives 'cause the lines will be not equal so as the size ... it's good with txt files
what I meant I need a command line tool to split archives like the one used by razor then i'll use it with some batches so if someone used a tool like what i said & has no problem with it that's what i need exactly ^_^
