Where do I have to copy the whole this text?

Nowhere, it guides you as to where redist is located.
Step 3 also tells you more about where redist must be put.
3)- Move "_CommonRedist" folder from game's installed directory to ( Last DVD )

Ok, I know it, that I have to copy this text to Notepad and save as for example Setup.ini and copy this file with this text to the folder where "_Commonredist" is located?

You do not have to do anything, only cut the _Commonredist folder which it is in the game directory to last dvd, that is all.

in the game folder there is the folder (_Commonredist) move it to the folder (MKXL_6) or there (7DVD) to move the (MKXL_7)
