I have a NEO2.2. That means I can't launch NTSC games. I have to use CDRWIN to download the file to the Hard drive, patch it and then burn it.
Someone! PLEASE HELP ME BURN THE DAMN DISC! I NEED SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS!

Of course you can launch NTSC backups with NEO2.2. NTSC then comes out the back of the PS2 and if you use a fully loaded SCART lead to your PAL TV then the colours wil display correctly.

Use CloneCD. try it - at worst you'll get black and white until you get the scart lead.
