Look there proof that yes duplicate the folder.
  I have not changed anything but the format of the .cab files to .bin still be with the original set up or fix always the same thing happens the game installs as well. E:\Games\Slightly Mad Studios\Project CARS\Project CARS Again does not create the shortcut.
