You must remove all in line ExePath.

must be:
ExePath=

ExePath applies when the executable is in a subdirectory. Example:

Exe=SmartSteamLoader.exe
ExePath=Bin

Yes for the INSTALLED version of the game's EXE location, NOT where it will be in the conversion.
