I'll run some tests and report back the limit. But I think this depends on the streams found within the input. They are more than
Dec(FFFFFFFF) = 2^32 or 4294967296 then thats where it stops. It might be 7FFFFFFF and not FFFFFFFF I don't know, I'm new to reflate and I don't think I'll use it.
