i found the problem, the problem is with antivirus (i have bitdefender total security 2015, i think you have this to). Disable the Intrusion Detection and the antivirus too. I have also the same problem. when i enable the intrusion detection then UA3030 will not open and give the error, but when disable the intrusion detection then UA3030 will open and works
