Precomp must not compress the file, in fact, to get good results, the output must beca lot bigger than the input, it even says that in the readme file that came with the exe. Precomp040 made it 27mb
Precomp041 made it 3.3mb
Precomp042 made it 3.3mb
Precomp043 made it 3.3mb

I used a strong compressor from the work of precomp, I used 7-Zip Solid LZMA2.
For precomp038 27mb became 2.5mb
For precomp040 27mb became 2.5mb
For precomp041 3.3mb became 3.3mb
For precomp042 3.3mb became 3.3mb
For precomp043 3.3mb became 3.3mb
