I have tested the conversion and It compressed the game. Your game maybe in C:. So, Its access is denied and put the extracted file in game's folder not anywhere

EDIT: As you can see there is a command to move all .DLL and .INI files. He must have got it because cmd is in system32 folder but I didn't get it.

I got the same error when i run it with administrator rights.
The bat have created the 5CD folders, but don't create the 4 Isos.
A got some kind of 7zip error
