I had some problems with DVD size and files missing too, what i did is to add the missing file to DVD1 and just deleted 2 audios (removing just 1 also does the trick) from audio folder leaving only english audio to use it with subtitles (spanish ones in my case)
Here are the fixed lst files I used and got it done without problems DVD1: 4.21GB DDV2: 4.21GB
