Yes it does contain files smaller than 2.5GB. Since I am a beginner at this I am attempting a trial run at creating a repack for Resident Evil 4. Here is a screenshot of the directory:



sub folders:
htm = 1.01MB
Movie = 1.85GB
update = 11.9KB
xfile = 105MB
xscr = 1.34GB

So I presume that you are using DirectorySlicer...
Load the game folder in "Folder (Sources)", select the destination folder, choose the size, and start.





It all works do not see any problem....Check right steps.. ciauz

Thanks to the screenshot I figured out that it was b/c when you set it to GB instead of MB it wont split the folder but instead make a "whole" duplicate copy of it. I guess for future reference you might want to remove GB as an option since it's useless.
