I had the same issue Felice.
There's not a problem with UltraARC, you just should deactivate your Antivirus and you'll be fine.

Think it is not normal, given my experience, disable an antivirus for operating a compression program ....
In the event that there is a false positive, the filename blocked by the antivirus should be made public...
