Tested and working 100% on Win8.1 x64 (conversion/install/uninstall).

BR25 settings used:
First Volume size = 23522
Custom Volume Size = 23552
Threshold Percent = 30

Final volume sizes:
GTAV_1 => 23.550mb
GTAV_2 => 23.552mb
GTAV_3 => 14.993mb (no compression) / 12.724 (lzma)
