Compression don't even start. Again the same error.

What version of UA that you use, and what Operating System you use because it is not compatible in windows 8, 8.1 sometimes its ok but then after restart the error always there i fix my issue,i down grade my OS now im using Windows 7

I works but compression is not starting (CMD is appearing)
