Simple and direct conversion!
There is a small error in nedeed size in installer, but it is insignificant
It has worked fine for me only English language, last update and - I think - all DLCs released!

I have got 3 discs and I have changed data1 with data3 and in Main.iss:
Disc1 = 4.34GB
Disc2 = 4.11GB
Disc3 = 311MB
