That Method from Freearc is this:

ecm+srep+rep:512mb+bcj2+delta+lzma:1gb:273:ht4:mc512

or this:

ecm+precomp+srep+rep:512mb+bcj2+delta+lzma:1gb:273:ht4:mc512
