If nobody is able to come back to you with EAPATCHER alternatives then you should consider a different approach which would be:

1 Switch to an internal modchip like NEO2.2 (or Messiah or OrigaChip if you can get one)

2 Use CloneCD to copy CD games - needs 100% compatible burner then no EA patching needed

3 If you are in the US/Canada without a Scart lead comptible TV, steer clear of PAL games!
