consider that was written way back in 2005. probably not compatable, tried using compatability mode for XP ?

Well that is half of my problem. It needs some driver installed. So I can run the program, and it runs fine, but I have no idea how to even find the driver it installed let alone run it in some sort of compatibility mode.
