Need help making boot cd

I live in Canada and have a PSXone I was wondering if anyone could help me make a boot cd for my playstation so I don't have to buy a mod chip.

I can't find the files needed anywhere

if you make a boot it will have to go on a cdr so you need a mod chip to read the cdr so the only to play backup games without a mod chip is to buy the original boot disc i would have a mod chip fitted its the best way to play the games & the easiest way
