CI and CIU UltraARC Implementation.
CIU Versions CI8574, 1006, 1014, 2030, 2035, 2036, 2037, 2038 have now been updated January 17, 2017.

Use Base files ( without -Jan17.2017 in the name) Many thanks to Razor12911
who took time from his studies/exams to update all the scripts.

Use CIU2038-Jan17.2017_Fixed.rar, compiling errors FIXED
