You really should have a look at old topics/posts before posting this type of question, this has been answered so many times in the past...

Anyway the best software to make backups is CLONE CD or CDR-Win you can download these and get tutorials on how to use them from Deanos site www.psxcopyworld.co.uk

p.s. your burner has to be 100% compatible with both of these programs especially CLONE CD so read the FAQs when you have downloaded them and make sure your burner is on the list.
