You can just google for ISUnpacker. Or just go to temp directory and look for files extracted by setup when running, the inno setup files are packed in folders that start with is-.... You cannot use ISunpacker if Inno Setup Enhanced edition was used to compilation. You also cannot get images from temp if botva2 protect library was used.
