Gran-turismo quirk!
I tried to backup gran turismo 2 using cdrwin, but for some reson when i played it only the menus would work, and every time i tried to play a track it would lock up. So i tried burning it again in Nero, and for some reason THAT cd cant load the menus, but lets you play the tracks! So now when i want to play it i have to use one cd for the menus, and one for the racing. Its annoying but it works.
Has anyone else had this happen to them??

More info required!
What version are you trying to backup? (PAL/NTSC) What burner do you have? What settings are you using for CDRWin? What media are you using? This title should'nt present to much of a problem to backup and certainly didnt for me. No patches are required so it should be a case of a straight image to your hard drive and then burn the image. Check out the walk throughs on Deano's site!

Try setting "error recovery" to abort, and possibly reduce your read and write speeds to 4x and 2x respectively.

I copyed this game when it was first released. I used cdrwin 3.7f. The backup works fine. Try copying from a different original.
