I think mutlti language fit to 3xDVD5 or reencode video file and 2XDVD5

Each dialogue file is a about 300 MB's so you're free to experiment. Movies are in usm format and they alone are around 4,4 GB's. If you want to waste your time reencoding usm movies, be my guest. I know I won't

It looks that the PS3 videos are smaller than PC ones. Can anyone confirm this?

yes is smaller than pc i did see it

PS3 videos (720p) totally 2.90 GB
fit to 2 x DVD5

Yes, but you need to increase compression to fit them. Tried that and, honestly, I don't want to hustle myself with that
