Ok, Guys, I just recovered the Installer Creator v2.7 Beta 3 Source code so I decided to share it.
You will need RAD Studio Delphi(XE3 is recommended) You will need Inno Setup Enhanced Edition 2 Unicode v5.5.1 So if you have a problem, edit source yourself. Last edited by Razor12911; 13-09-2014 at 17:11.
